Reframe 2014: Film Judge Gilani Sumida-Moiseff graduated from the Mid-Pacific School of the Arts Program in 2005. She has a Bachelors of Humanities and Arts from Carnegie Mellon University, and is a Masters of Fine Arts Candidate at the New York University, Tisch School of the Arts Asia in Film Production.
